What To Do Now?
 

Watch mail for your invitation and ballot. If you do not receive your ballot by 5/31, please reach out to esaatop20@gmail.com for our team to provide you with a PDF copy so that you can still vote by the deadline.

Ballots are DUE by June 15th. Each dog receives one ballot to the primary owner on record. This owner will vote for one judge from each of the 3 categories, by emailing the ESAA Secretary (secretary@esaa.com) as in all previous years. Please do not email Top 20 with your vote!

Entries will OPEN on June 15th. Dogs exhibit in catalog order, which is based on order received. 

Entries will CLOSE on August 15th, and ALL materials must be included with the entry for it to be valid. This includes pedigree and photos. Please respect this due date to allow sufficient time for the committee volunteers to prepare the catalog, rosettes, and gifts. 

Deadlines for other ads, the regular show entry, banquets, and more will be later in September, so be aware of how early the Top 20 window is and don’t miss out!
