Agility/Welcome Day Party - Monday, November 2, 2026,
National - Tuesday - Friday, November 3-6, 2026

RESERVATION DEADLINE:  OCTOBER 1, 2026


CONTRACT INFORMATION:
Vendors may set up on Monday morning and must be broken down and moved out by Friday at 5:00 p.m.  Booths will be indoors in a highly visible area located in the main show building.  One 6 foot skirted table and 2 (two) chairs per Vendor will be provided for your fee.  The booth space is approximately 10 feet X 6 feet.  Additional tables are available at $25.00.  Electric is available for $25.00.  Your check is your reservation. No changing or swapping of spaces. There will be FULL REFUNDS if cancellation is made to the Vendor Chair prior to October 1, 2026.  After that date NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.  FOR ANY REASON.

Vending or Selling of any items or products without

Vendor Space will NOT BE PERMITTED.
 

Each Vendor is required to Donate ONE ITEM from their booth with a value of $50 or more to our raffle.  Items are collected by the Vendor Chair during set up.

Member Weekly:  $50.00

Non-Member Weekly:  $75.00

Daily: $25.00

I agree to all conditions stated within.  Full refunds for cancellations by 10-1-2026.  No refunds will be made after this date for any reason.  Vending & Selling of any items or products without Vendor Space will Not Be Permitted.  Fees will apply for returned checks.
