  • Download a sample/blank pedigree template here to prepare prior to your entry.
    Plan ahead to include at least two hi-resolution photos, ideally one being a head shot.

 

  • Because the catalog advertising pages are due in September to account for printing time, we have to set our entry even earlier to account for building the catalog ads. Please understand that this is all done by volunteers who would love to give you more time! Entering early definitely helps reduce this rush.

 

  • Proofs will be provided after entry is received and you will have an opportunity to make edits, however more than 1 revision may incur a charge.

 

  • You can submit the song choice closer to the national, our team will reach out if its missing. However, we will not repeat songs so the choice is first come, first served.
     

  • Timing will be shared here once details are confirmed, but the event will be Thursday evening.

 

  • Rosette orders for those not entering will also be available, the link will be active once entries open (June 1st). There will be a cost to ship.

 

  • We will be seeking donations and offering some type of raffle or auction event at the event. Regional clubs will be asked to compete in a battle of the baskets, with more information coming soon!
