What’s New this Year?

​

  • Top 20 will be on Thursday evening. Judging times will be announced closer to the event but not before 5pm for those of you not attending the whole week and trying to plan ahead.

​

  • All exhibits will enter the ring for together before individual exams will begin, in catalog order. Each dog will be in the ring one at a time. All 3 judges will simultaneously examine the dog, while their song of choice plays and the crowd cheers you on.  There will be no separate “hands on” portion, as both events will be combined.

  • After the last dog is examined, judges’ scores will be tallied and People’s Choice voting will open. We will designate a 30 minute break at minimum or even include other events as needed in this window, including but not limited to the Top 5 Junior Handler Presentation.

​

  • All dogs will return to the ring for final awards of Top Twenty Winner, Top Twenty Runner Up, and Top Twenty People’s Choice.
